Proof Load Testing

Proof Load Testing using water load bags are widely recognised as the most practical and safest load test solution worldwide. The bags are the most effective way to load test cranes, davits, derricks, winches, and virtually any other lifting equipment or load-bearing structure.

OTS Ghana Ltd has a wide range of water load bags from 2t to 35t . We also have 375Kg sausage bags tobe used in life boats , davits and gangways.

Inspection Services

Qualified Lifting Engineers carry out Inspections on CCUs, Baskets, Containers, all types of lifting equipment and accessories to British Standards EN and regulations in accordance with LOLER & PUWER

Condition Monitoring

Using the very latest in Technology with our Partner Emerson we are capable of running very sophisticated CM systems with high level accuracy readings, local and remote support in vibration analysis, thermographics, peak view to give the client excellent trends is exactly what is going on with their plant and systems.

Advanced NDT Services

Qualified Engineers to ASNT or PCN Levels to carry out Non destruction testing to ascertain material integrity using visual Inspection, Magnetic particle inspection, Ultra sonic, dye penetrant, Eddy Current, Phased Array and Radiography. Using the very latest machines in the D50 from Sonatest and the Weldcheck 2 from Ethenet.

Wire Rope Manufacturing

Wire Rope slings made between 10mm to 52mm in accordance with BS EN 31414 or in accordance with DNV, slings for containers or bespoke lifting arrangements for risers or other large objects. Winch Wire and Crane Wire also available.

Calibration & Pressure Testing

Vessel integrity is massively important in todays high pressure environment, from Heli Fuel tanks, water tanks, fuel tanks, Gas tanks etc they should be inspected regularly to a minimum of API standards

Training & Instruction

OTS offers a wide range of Training from basic Rigging & Lifting, through LOLER & PUWER to NVQ Level using NVQ Level 8 Instructors and Assessors.
